Leftover clementine cake for breafast today with strong coffee. Friends over for dinner last night. Recipe from Nigella, says the cake is better then next day and she's so right. Just seen same recipe in Claudia Roden calling itself orange and almond cake. To be fair had started making it on Friday night but only then realised that you needed to boil the clementines for 2 hours and it had been a long week.

Small Retro Floral
